    with the score of 37 in SC community you will surely get SRM Easwari Engineering college.
    CEG and PSG are doubtful, they might get over by 40 for SC, but still you have slight chances for them. Wait till the community rank list is released for MBA which will give you a more clear picture. You have chances to get colleges like SSN.

    It has moderate placements. You can opt for SSN
    1.ceg/mit/aut
    2.ssn/psg/
    3.rmk/rmd
    4.svce
    5.easwari

    PSG is hard to get as it will get over by 42.
    You have chances to get CIT. As far as i know GCT doesnt have allocation for TANCET. It only take students from Gate exam. Please provide some list of colleges you are looking for in chennai so that i can tell their chances. You might look for colleges like Sairam.

    You can get the official Department wise Rank list and top scores only after a month. Till then there can only be rumours about the first mark. Anyway more than the first mark your community rank plays a major role in deciding on your college

    CEG,MIT,PSG will usually get over by 42+ for BC. Please provide the link where you saw that and always prefer a good course in masters degree as it will have a major role in placements. ofcourse college plays a major role in it but your course is also important for shaping up your career

    You will definitely need to apply for counselling!! They will intimate about it in anna university website.

    Yes you have chances for kumaraguru.
    I am not sure about the data provided in the pdf. Its mentioned that 34 is cut off score but I doubt on the general community that is mentioned in it. It may be the cut off for ST/SC! Last year BC candidate who got 39+ couldnt make it to psg !!

    Yes you will surely get govt college. Anna univ trichy will be available for you but you can look for better colleges. If fees is not a criteria for you then you can choose SSN

    Its hard to get ssn/TI for BC category. you might get Saveetha
    engineering college

    Ceg is bit hard to get. you might get TEC, Madurai.

    Yes You will some college in counselling but i would suggest you to join in some top college through management quota as college play a major role for placements

    Make sure that you select a good department.

    Yes it is a valid score. GCT doesnt take students via tancet. Only gate students are taken via counselling. You have chances for CIT. PSG is bit hard.
